Your question, chart evidence, and relevant context may be sent to AI providers to generate the final reading. We aim to send only what is needed for the reading.

Do not enter sensitive information that is not needed for your question.

We use reasonable technical safeguards for stored data, including authenticated access and database-backed persistence.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private.

You may clear chat memory or account context where the app provides that option.

You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.

We may use infrastructure, database, analytics, error-monitoring, email, payment, or AI service providers to operate mrigha.ai.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

For any question about this policy, your data, or a request to access, correct, export, or delete it, write to support@mrigha.ai. A person reads it.

You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time from Profile, then Delete account. Deletion is permanent — it removes your birth profile, chats and readings, not just your login.

If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with how we have handled a data request, you may complain to your national data-protection authority.
