Credit and Refund Policy

mrigha.ai may provide free reading credits that refill on a rolling or daily schedule. The default launch setup is a 24-hour refill window.

Free credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

A focused concise question may cost one credit. Deeper modes, technical readings, or broad multi-part questions may cost additional credits.

The app may show the expected credit cost before submitting when enough quota information is available.

If a reading fails because of a server or reading-engine issue, the system should not permanently consume the credit.

If a credit appears to be incorrectly used because of a technical failure, contact support with the account email and approximate time of the question.

Paid credits, subscriptions, and refund windows should be finalized before paid launch. If paid credits are enabled, the checkout page should clearly state the plan, renewal terms, and refund eligibility.

Unless a separate paid plan states otherwise, completed readings are generally not refundable because computation and AI generation costs are incurred immediately.

mrigha.ai may limit, pause, or revoke credits for abuse, automated use, account sharing, scraping, or attempts to bypass quota controls.
